Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Human Capital Consultant to support client training and human capital initiatives by evaluating training needs, preparing content inputs, and supporting training deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will collaborate with instructional designers, training developers, and client stakeholders to ensure quality, relevance, and alignment with mission requirements, while applying strong analytical and communication skills in federal settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of management consulting or strategy consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of federal HR principles and processes.
• Outstanding written communication skills across reports, memos, briefing papers, talking points, and presentations.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high‑quality products.
• Ability to collaborate across large teams and engage effectively with external stakeholders.
• Ability to assess training needs, interpret business requirements, and structure content logically.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to determine training focus, scope, and objectives
• Evaluate existing training materials and identify gaps relative to user and mission needs
• Develop detailed, high‑quality content outlines aligned to curriculum requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness through enhanced content structure or updated learning approaches
• Prepare content inputs, examples, data, workflows, and narrative materials used by instructional designers and training developers
