ElevenLabs is seeking a Government Lead to scale our public sector business across North America. You’ll define the government GTM motion, identify high-impact use cases across federal, state, and regulated environments, and collaborate with founders and revenue teams to build a strong pipeline.

The role requires 8+ years selling to government, ability to navigate complex procurement cycles, and a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on execution.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience selling into government or public-sector
• Successfully closed complex deals in federal/state environments
• Navigate government procurement frameworks and long buying cycles
• Experience building a new vertical or GTM motion
• Strong executive presence with senior stakeholders
• Passionate about AI to modernize government services
• Thrives in fast-moving environments combining strategy and execution

Responsabilidades

• Build and own ElevenLabs’ Government GTM motion across federal, state, and public sector agencies in North America
• Identify strategic opportunities where voice and agents transform government services
• Develop and execute account strategies across key agencies and departments
• Navigate procurement processes and compliance requirements
• Build trusted relationships with senior public sector leaders and officials
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to meet government requirements
• Partner with Legal and Solutions Engineering to ensure successful implementation
• Represent ElevenLabs at government events and briefings
• Help define long-term public sector strategy and playbook as the business scales
