Job summary

Sofar is seeking a U.S. Federal Growth Lead to drive capture, growth, and execution across defense and civilian agencies.

You will own business development, capture management, government affairs, and strategic partnerships, translating customer demand into funded federal programs. You will engage policymakers, program offices, and partners, leading proposals and cross-functional efforts while managing consultants and lobbyists.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. federal business development, capture, and policy engagement.
• Ability to translate customer needs into funded programs and contracts.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder pursuits across defense and civilian agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead capture strategies across high-priority U.S. federal opportunities.
• Represent Sofar in meetings, partnerships, and industry events.
• Partner with government programs team on proposals and ROMs.
• Build and manage prime contractor and partner relationships.
• Collaborate across sales, product, engineering, legal, and finance to pursue priority opportunities.
