Job summary

Stantec is seeking an experienced US Federal Growth Leader to drive opportunities within the US Government and DoD portfolio, nationwide and across the US West geography. The role leads capture efforts, aligns with senior leadership, and builds strategic teams to win major federal contracts.

The ideal candidate has deep federal market experience, strong client relationships, and proven leadership in cross-functional environments. A hybrid work model is offered with travel across the US.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the US federal marketplace and A/E service offerings.
• Proven ability to win major contracts and manage strategic programs.
• Strong negotiation, networking and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide capture leadership on federal opportunities including go/no go, budgets, strategy, risk reviews, and proposal support.
• Develop detailed capture plans and collaborate with account managers and marketing.
• Build networks of relationships to expand strategic teaming.
• Lead or support growth initiatives with senior leadership.
• Travel across the US as needed (~40-50%).
