Job summary

Stantec seeks an experienced US Federal Growth Leader to drive opportunities with federal agencies and DoD across the US. You will coordinate with account managers, growth leaders, and liaisons to craft high-quality proposals and strategic capture plans, championing the One Stantec approach.

The role requires deep federal market knowledge, strong client relationships, and the ability to travel nationwide to lead major pursuits and shape growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the US federal marketplace and service offerings in the A/E industry.
• Proven ability to win major contracts and build client relationships.
• Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building and strategic growth.
• Ability to translate guidance into strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide capture leadership on multiple federal opportunities with go/no-go, budgets, strategy and proposals.
• Develop and execute detailed capture plans and win themes.
• Foster collaboration between account managers, marketing and teaming partners.
• Build and maintain networks of internal/external relationships for strategic wins.
• Participate in US Federal Strategic Planning and related initiatives.
• Travel across the US (~40-50%) as needed.
