Stantec is seeking an experienced US Federal Growth Leader to drive opportunities across the US Government and Department of Defense portfolio nationwide and in the US West geography. You will lead capture, strategy, and teaming efforts, partnering with account managers and marketing to deliver high‑quality proposals.

The ideal candidate brings deep US federal market knowledge, strong relationships, and a proven track record in winning major A/E program contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 15+ years of related work experience.
• 10+ years of US Federal market experience with multiple agencies.
• Strong client relationships and proven ability to win major contracts.

Responsabilités

• Provide capture leadership on multiple federal opportunities including go/no go decisions, budget planning, strategy and win themes.
• Develop and execute detailed capture plans to win specific opportunities.
• Foster collaboration between account managers and marketing for high‑quality proposals.
• Build networks of internal and external relationships to expand strategic teaming.
• Lead or participate in strategic planning and implement related initiatives.
