Job summary

STI federal is seeking a Federal IT Business Development & Capture Manager to drive growth in federal IT services. You will build strategic relationships with target agencies, lead capture efforts, and coordinate with internal teams and partners to pursue opportunities including 8(a) sole source awards and set-aside contracts.

The role emphasizes a strong government contracting background, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a multi-faceted pursuit pipeline, with remote work preferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant federal BD/capture experience in lieu of degree.
• 10 years of federal business development experience, with at least 5 years in contracting.
• Track record of securing federal contracts from $5M to $50M including IDIQs and task orders.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline in federal IT, focusing on strategic agencies.
• Build relationships with decision makers to drive contract wins.
• Lead capture activities and coordinate with teams and partners.
