Job summary

The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma is seeking an Operations Coordinator to streamline partner orders and distribution across Oklahoma. You will track orders from placement to delivery, resolve discrepancies and coordinate across teams to ensure programs receive the needed food resources.

In this role, you will maintain accurate records, handle inventory coordination, and communicate with partners to reduce delays while supporting safe, efficient food distribution operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in operations.
• Experience coordinating supply chain, inventory, or order fulfillment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with office software and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Place and manage partner orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Process late orders and confirm delivery capacity.
• Release and post Agency Express orders through CERES and AGI WMS.
• Document errors, research discrepancies and communicate findings.
• Coordinate recalls and returns with Food Safety when needed.
• Maintain partner communications and provide timely service.
