Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience coordinating, training or scheduling volunteers, employees or program participants.
• Experience providing clear instructions, addressing routine concerns and documenting work procedures.
• Background checks, motor vehicle record review, drug screening and physical assessment may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily volunteer operations, training, scheduling and engagement.
• Prepare volunteers for effective service and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Document procedures and support food safety compliance.
• Assist with recruitment and help maintain a job training program.
• Address volunteer concerns promptly to maintain clear expectations and dependable operations.
