Job summary

The Rehancement Group, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Program Team Lead to oversee day-to-day delivery of DHS ICE financial support, coordinating reporting, customer activities, and technical work with the PM and government stakeholders.

Based in Washington, DC, this on-site role requires occasional travel and a PMP or equivalent certification, with U.S. citizenship and a background in federal accounting. Employment is contingent on contract award and approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years managing multi-project operations.
• At least three years federal accounting/financial management.
• Professional project management certification (PMP, FAC P/PM) or equivalent.
• Experience leading federal sector projects and reporting to senior government officials.
• Excellent oral and written communication with senior management.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain ICE clearance.
• Residence in the United States for the required period.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work across financial reporting and customer support.
• Track plans, schedules, risks, and actions; inform PM and stakeholders.
• Support financial calculations, anomaly research, and year-end activities.
• Coordinate quality reviews, process docs, and system changes.
• Present status updates and analyses to senior management and customer reps.
