Job summary

The Rehancement Group, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Program Team Lead to direct DHS ICE financial operations support. Location is ICE HQ in Washington, DC with restrictive remote options and travel to designated sites as needed.

The role requires a PMP-style certification, 3+ years federal project management and accounting experience, and US citizenship. Salary range provided reflects federal sector compensation and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business admin, info mgmt or IT.
• Minimum 3 years managing multi-project operations in federal context.
• Minimum 3 years in federal accounting or federal financial management.
• Certified project manager (PMP/FAC P/PM or equivalent).
• Experience leading federal sector projects with PM scope.
• Strong oral and written communication with senior leadership.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent English (written & spoken).
• Ability to obtain ICE fitness approval and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work and financial reporting across streams.
• Track plans, schedules, risks, priorities, and actions with PM/stakeholders.
• Support financial calculations, anomaly research and year-end activities.
• Coordinate quality reviews, process docs, training, and approved changes.
• Present status updates and analyses to senior management and customer reps.
