Job summary

SD Solutions, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Program Lead to direct day-to-day CS-OPS for ICE OFM within the U.S. DHS framework. You will coordinate federal financial-management activities, customer-service operations, reporting, analytics, and project execution.

The role requires a PM certification, 3+ years of Federal government accounting experience, and strong executive communication skills. You will lead multiple projects, manage schedules, and ensure quality and risk controls while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Management, IT, or Computer Science.
• Minimum three (3) years of related experience overseeing multi-project operations.
• Professional PM certification (PMP, FAC P/PM Level I, or equivalent).
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Federal Government Accounting or Federal Financial Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day CS-OPS delivery and coordinate activities across multiple projects, tasks, and personnel.
• Support Federal financial-management and customer-service operations for ICE OFM and DHS Component customers.
• Coordinate reporting, analysis, deliverables, issue resolution, and priorities.
• Support project planning, schedule management, quality control, risk management, and workload coordination.
• Communicate effectively with Government leadership and program stakeholders.
• Support financial reporting, cost-management, data-analysis, and process-improvement activities.
• Maintain continuity of operations during transitions and regulatory changes.
