Job summary

The Rehancement Group is seeking a Customer Service Program Team Lead to oversee daytime delivery of DHS ICE financial customer operations support at the ICE Office of Financial Management in Washington, DC. Remote work requires prior government approval and is not guaranteed.

Travel to designated sites may be required. Responsibilities include coordinating daily work across streams, managing financial reporting, tracking plans and risks, supporting fiscal year checks, coordinating quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, information management, IT or computer sciences.
• At least three years of project/contract operations management experience.
• At least three years of federal accounting or federal financial management experience.
• PM certification such as PMP or equivalent.
• Experience leading federal sector projects and strong communication with senior management.
• U.S. citizenship and fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work across streams and recurring financial reporting.
• Track plans, schedules, risks, priorities and action items; inform PM and stakeholders.
• Support financial calculations, anomaly research, annual agreements and fiscal year-end activities.
• Coordinate quality reviews, process documentation, training and approved system changes.
• Present clear status updates and analyses to senior management and customer representatives.
