The role emphasizes direct contract performance, team supervision, and coordination with government stakeholders. Requires U.S. citizenship, 5+ years of program management, and a PMP-type certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Five+ years of executive-level management of multi-project contracts.
• Three+ years of federal financial management experience.
• PM certification (PMP, FAC P/PM Level II, or equivalent).
• Experience supervising diverse labor categories on comparable projects in private and federal sectors.
• Strong oral and written communication with top management.
• US citizenship and fluent English.
• Ability to obtain ICE fitness approval and security credentials.
• Residence in the United States for at least three of the previous five years.

Responsabilités

• Direct contract performance, assign workloads, supervise personnel, and coordinate with government stakeholders.
• Maintain integrated schedules, project plans, risks, communications, and continuity preparations.
• Oversee financial reporting, customer support, data analysis, and process improvement activities.
• Manage quality reviews and corrective actions; ensure deliverables are accurate and timely.
• Prepare status reports and executive briefings; track meetings, decisions, and action closure.
