Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in electronic security or integrated security sales, proven Federal/DoD selling experience, and a strong hunter mentality to develop new accounts and capture complex

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in electronic security or integrated security sales
• Experience selling to Federal/DoD/government environments
• Strong new business development / hunter mentality
• Knowledge of access control, video surveillance or intrusion systems
• Familiarity with federal procurement, contracts or capture
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
• Uncapped commission
• Remote work flexibility
• Established federal customer base
• Ability to build and own new accounts

• Develop and win new Federal & DoD accounts
• Selling integrated electronic security and fire/life-safety solutions
• Build relationships with government and military stakeholders
• Manage opportunities through full sales cycle
• Identify new projects and develop a strong pipeline
• Work with engineering and technical teams on complex solutions
• Support proposals, bids and capture activities
• Travel regularly to customer sites across the region
