Job summary

CGS is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to join our legal team supporting a large Federal agency. You will lead eDiscovery workflows, coordinate data processing, review, and production in Relativity, and manage client communications.

The role requires strong project management, client-facing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with potential security clearance. CGS emphasizes professional growth and government contract expertise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eDiscovery/litigation support with client solutions.
• 3+ years on major litigation support projects.
• 2+ years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical teams and business leaders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Knowledge of eDiscovery services across EDRM.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain government clearance.
• BS/BA or JD preferred; familiarity with government software policies.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and consult to service eDiscovery needs.
• Create fields, layouts, and views in Relativity; batch records for review.
• Create production sweeps and sets in Relativity; manage data processing tasks.
• Develop and implement workflows and essential resources.
• Initiate work orders for client tasks; perform quality checks.
• Communicate scope and deadlines to stakeholders; maintain schedules.
• Participate in kickoff, documentation of workflows, and project closure.
