Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a senior business development and capture leader to drive federal alternative delivery initiatives in the U.S. You will shape strategy, identify prime opportunities and forge executive-level relationships with national and regional General Contractors.

Collaborating with CSLs, preconstruction and legal teams, you will develop teaming agreements and pursue speed-to-award through innovative delivery models and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s federal alternative delivery strategy and partnerships.
• Identify priority pursuits and assess GC capability.
• Build executive-level relationships to enable teaming commitments.
• Coordinate with CSLs and cross-functional teams to execute teaming strategies.
• Track federal agency movement toward accelerated delivery methods.
• Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through contracts.
