CDM Smith seeks a highly qualified business development and capture professional to lead federal alternative delivery strategy and partnerships with General Contractors in the U.S. market.

The role focuses on Progressive Design-Build, DB2B, and large-scale DB opportunities, coordinating with CSLs, preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to drive teaming commitments. You will manage the GC relationship pipeline, pursue exclusive or preferred partnerships, and guide the pursuit through to awards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilités

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with General Contractors pursuing federal alternative delivery opportunities.
• Identify priority pursuits and assess GC capability and qualifications.
• Build executive-level relationships that lead to early teaming commitments.
• Develop teaming strategies with CSLs and preconstruction teams to improve probability of award.
• Maintain a pipeline of federal opportunities and support pursuit actions.
• Translate procurement criteria into competitive designer-led subcontracting or teaming structures.
• Oversee transition to pursuit and delivery teams after teaming agreements.
