• Position CDM Smith as preferred design partner and negotiate teaming terms before solicitations.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies with CSLs, legal, and sales teams to improve probability of award.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of opportunities and drive pursuit commitments with prime contractors.
• Serve as senior relationship and capture lead through teaming agreements and handoffs to pursuit teams.
