Qualificações

• Bachelors degree required and 15+ years related experience expected.
• Experience in federal architecture, engineering, or construction business development is preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR Part 36, two‑phase Design‑Build selection, and progressive design‑build models is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CDM Smith’s pursuit strategy for federal alternative delivery contracts with prime contractors.
• Develop executive‑level relationships and secure teaming commitments and contracts.
• Coordinate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to maximize probability of award.
