Job summary

Tetra Tech in Cincinnati seeks a Federal Project Manager to lead and support business development, data analytics, and the design, development, and execution of large-scale military facility projects for Air Force, Army, and Navy installations.

You will manage clients, budgets, and technical execution across multiple concurrent projects with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. Remote or hybrid work options are available with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
Master's degree is preferred.
10+ years of experience managing complex projects as a PM with DoD PM experience.
Ability to obtain US Government clearance and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of multi-million-dollar projects with cross-disciplinary teams.
Attend and lead project meetings, capture minutes, and track actions.
Ensure collaboration among clients, staff, and leadership across multidisciplinary environments.
Prepare governance documents and project execution plans.
Support change control, risk management, and governance processes.
Monitor project profitability, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.
