Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking a Federal Project Manager to lead and support business development, data analytics, and the management, design, development, and execution of large‑scale military facility projects for Air Force, Army, and Navy installations. You will manage clients, budgets, and technical execution across multiple concurrent projects with multi‑disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of experience managing complex projects as a project manager with DoD PM experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct large projects with complex features and build key client accounts.
Ability to motivate teams to implement project plans.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with data analytics, including Power BI.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to obtain US Government security clearance.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a portfolio of projects, including profitability, quality, safety, client satisfaction, resources, scope, schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.
Attend, lead, and contribute to project meetings, capture minutes, track actions.
Ensure collaboration within a multi‑discipline environment among clients, employees, and leadership.
Follow internal governance requirements.
Prepare project tools like WBS, risk registers, RFIs, issues registers, and decision logs.
Support governance document preparation: Project Execution Plans, QA Plans, Stakeholder Management Plans, Risk Management Plans.
Support project change control management.
