Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced leader to drive large-scale Federal consulting programs from Arlington, VA. You will own client satisfaction, contract performance, and delivery excellence, while guiding operational modernization and transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will build senior stakeholder relationships, manage governance boards, and align staffing, budgets, and risk. A PMP and a strong federal background are expected.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of experience leading large-scale Federal programs or engagements.
• Experience leading operational transformation and PMO initiatives.
• Experience briefing executive stakeholders and governance bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale Federal consulting engagements with accountability for client satisfaction and contract performance.
• Oversee financial management, resourcing, quality assurance, and delivery metrics.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior Federal stakeholders across agencies.
• Manage governance activities including executive reporting and risk management.
• Support capture, proposals, and organic growth opportunities.
