Job summary

CW Resources, a CW Group nonprofit, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead custodial operations on a federal contract. You will manage staffing, QA, safety, and customer relations onsite, mentoring a diverse workforce including AbilityOne participants.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, contract compliance, and continuous improvement in a facilities services environment, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of custodial/facilities management experience.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple employees in a service environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Valid driver's license and ability to access government facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day custodial operations and staffing plans.
• Monitor contract requirements, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Supervise leads, supervisors, and custodial staff; conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate resources, training, and workforce deployment.
• Ensure safety, OSHA compliance, and incident investigations.
• Build strong customer relations and attend contract reviews.
• Report on performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Support workforce development and career growth initiatives.
