Job summary

CYNWAVE Solutions is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee custodial services for government facilities. This role serves as the primary liaison with the CO and COR, directing operations, QA, staffing, and contract performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing government custodial contracts, strong QA and OSHA compliance knowledge, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Travel and credentialing are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years managing commercial or government custodial contracts.
• Experience supervising multi-site custodial operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance programs.
• Experience managing OSHA and safety compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain all required installation access credentials.

Position Summary

The Contract Manager serves as the primary point of contact for Government representatives and is responsible for the overall management, administration, quality assurance, staffing, and contract performance for custodial services supporting Child Development Centers (CDC), Youth Centers, Fitness Centers, administrative facilities, and special requirement facilities. This position has full authority to make decisions affecting contract performance and ensures compliance with all requirements. This position is contingent upon contract award.
