Job summary

MFM Industries is seeking a Project Manager to supervise custodial and related services contracts at a government facility. The role includes interpreting contract specs, managing subcontractors, and ensuring on-time, quality deliverables with strong client interaction.

Responsibilities cover supervising staff, scheduling, QC inspections, hazard analyses, payroll coordination, and maintaining regulatory records, with a focus on safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• At least five years of experience managing a workforce on contracts of similar size and complexity.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Meet eligibility for access to government computer systems and facilities.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of employment.
• OSHA 30 certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute contractual requirements including review of task orders and specifications.
• Create estimates and bids/quotes for client tasks and special projects.
• Develop schedules to maintain staffing levels with skilled personnel.
• Coordinate submittals with subcontractors and material suppliers.
• Issue reports to government and company and maintain records for regulatory purposes.
• Conduct hazard analysis and implement Accident and Hazard Assessments for tasks.
• Ensure safety training compliance and monitor quality, safety, and productivity.
• Oversee janitorial services and back-up cleaning duties as needed.
