Job summary

CYNWAVE Solutions is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee custodial services for government facilities. This role serves as the primary liaison with the CO and COR, directing operations, QA, staffing, and contract performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing government custodial contracts, strong QA and OSHA compliance knowledge, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Travel and credentialing are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years managing commercial or government custodial contracts.
• Experience supervising multi-site custodial operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality assurance programs.
• Experience managing OSHA and safety compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain all required installation access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
• Direct all custodial operations.
• Ensure compliance with all performance standards.
• Manage staffing schedules and workforce assignments.
• Oversee quality control inspections.
• Monitor contract performance metrics.
• Ensure timely corrective actions.
• Maintain required reports and documentation.
• Verify personnel compliance with security, medical, and training requirements.
• Coordinate emergency response staffing.
• Conduct customer service meetings.
