Job summary

CW Resources, a CW Group nonprofit, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead custodial operations on a federal contract from Fort Lee, VA. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, and manage customer relations to meet contract standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in facilities management, strong communication, and a proven ability to develop staffing plans and drive continuous improvement. Valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of custodial, facilities, janitorial, or building services management experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple employees in a service-based environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Valid driver's license; ability to obtain access to government facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee custodial operations and ensure contract compliance.
• Develop staffing plans, work schedules, and workforce deployment.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate resources, supplies, and inventory to maintain operations.
• Lead safety management and OSHA compliance.
• Serve as primary customer contact and manage relationships.
• Direct supervision of leads, supervisors, and custodial staff.
• Prepare reports and documentation for contract reviews.
