Job summary

RW Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custodial operations, quality assurance, and workforce management on a federal contract. This onsite leader ensures contract compliance, operational excellence, employee supervision, customer relations, and quality control.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who mentors a diverse workforce, including AbilityOne program participants, and drives continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of custodial, facilities, janitorial, or building services management experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple employees in a service-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day custodial operations and supervise Leads, Supervisors, and custodial staff.
• Ensure contract compliance with performance standards and customer expectations.
• Develop staffing plans, work schedules, and workforce deployment.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate resources, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Respond to customer concerns and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Conduct onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
• Partner with Human Resources regarding employee relations and performance management.
• Promote workforce development and career growth opportunities.
