Job summary

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (Custodial) to ensure the quality of custodial work on a federal contract. The role manages the Quality Control Plan, performs inspections, and coordinates with government stakeholders to meet contract requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of custodial services experience and responsibility for the QC Plan.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, CDC cleaning guidance, EPA requirements.
English reading, writing and speaking abilities.
Facility management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide compliant custodial supplies and QC oversight per contract.
Manage and execute the Quality Control Management Program.
Ensure QC Plan meets performance and compliance requirements.
Communicate QC expectations with all stakeholders.
Perform quality inspections per contract requirements.
Submit QC reports daily/weekly/monthly as required.
