Qualifikationen

• Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, including 1 year in tech support.
• Or 5+ years of office administration or office support experience.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to complete USAccess Registrar training and maintain certification.

Aufgaben

• Verify identities of federal employees and contractors.
• Review identity documents like passports and licenses.
• Collect biometric data including fingerprints and photos.
• Process enrollment transactions and maintain records.
• Issue, replace, and reactivate PIV credentials.
• Register PIV credentials in PACS.
• Support credential termination and deactivation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements.
