Job summary

Weil Construction, Inc. is seeking a on-site Quality Control Manager for Federal Construction Projects in Fort Worth, TX. You will develop QC plans, perform inspections and tests, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and government standards.

This role requires coordinating with owners, design teams, and subcontractors, maintaining reports and logs, and supporting safety programs. Strong knowledge of USACE/NAVFAC QC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with federal construction projects and related quality requirements (USACE/NAVFAC).
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and contract documents; translate to QC on site.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and punch list skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project-specific quality control plans.
• Conduct inspections and tests; oversee testing oversight.
• Document results and maintain deficiency logs; submittal reviews.
• Coordinate corrective actions with project managers, superintendents and subcontractors.
• Prepare and maintain quality-related reports; participate in owner/government meetings.
• Monitor construction processes to prevent defects and rework; support site safety.
