CCI Prime Contractors, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee construction quality on federal projects at Fort Sill, OK. The role requires enforcing contract standards, coordinating inspections, and guiding a QC team to meet or exceed all quality benchmarks.

You will implement the Quality Control Plan, manage testing and documentation, and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant delivery while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 hour certification required.
• USACE CQM Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Procore and RMS on federal projects.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PDF.
• Proven experience as a QCM on federal projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Control Plan per Army Corps Three Phases of Control.
• Review submittals, plans, and specifications for contract compliance and coordinate testing.
• Document quality evaluations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage QC activities, including inspections of materials and workmanship.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system; address non-conformance.
