Job summary

V-Line Services LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) to lead the QC program on USACE construction sites in Texas. You will develop and implement the project Quality Control plan and collaborate with the onsite Superintendent and SSHO to ensure safe, compliant project delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of QCM experience on federal projects, CQMC and OSHA 30 certifications, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage QC documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a QCM on Federal / Government / USACE Construction projects.
• Current OSHA 30 and CQMC Certifications (obtained or recertified within the last 5 years)
• Experience implementing a three-phase Quality Control (QC) plan on USACE projects
• Proficient with USACE RMS and other similar reporting software
• Possess strong organizational skills, time management, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the V-Line onsite Construction Quality Control (CQC) point person
• Conduct daily inspections and coordinate quality inspections
• Create daily and weekly QC reports, test reports, and maintain quality control records
• Create, review, and/or manage submittals, RFIs, and quality documentation
