Job summary

The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a Construction Manager/COR to provide construction management, technical oversight, and contract administration support for Federal and leasing projects.

Join a team delivering facilities solutions across the nation's workspace portfolio, with responsibilities spanning design reviews, cost estimates, contractor oversight, and coordination among stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Specialized experience applying engineering methods and construction practices to building systems.
• Experience defining requirements with customers and developing construction cost estimates.
• Ability to inspect construction, administer contracts, and read engineering/architectural plans.
• Proven track record of independently managing projects or major project portions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, oversee, and manage design, construction, and leasing activities.
• Serve as COR, liaising with contractors and lessors on performance and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, budget analysts and building managers; brief leadership.
• Prepare independent government estimates and analyses; support negotiations with contractors.
• Maintain relationships with federal client agencies for project coordination.
