Job summary

Trellix is seeking a high-performing Federal Civilian Account Manager to drive revenue growth across U.S. Civilian Agencies and close complex $1M+ enterprise solutions.

In this hunter-focused role, you will engage with C-level executives to architect and close deals while expanding our cybersecurity footprint. The role requires 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success selling enterprise software, hardware, or cybersecurity services into the U.S. Federal Civilian market.
• Must be located in or near the Tyson's Corner, VA area.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to engage with clients and partners.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A track record of hitting quota and growing assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by expanding Trellix's footprint within existing accounts and hunting net-new opportunities.
• Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline equal to or greater than 3x the assigned quota.
• Engage with senior Federal Civilian executives, including C-level leaders, to win complex deals.
• Lead and close enterprise software, hardware, and services contracts valued at $1M+.
• Maintain accurate forecasting across Commit, Upside, and Pipeline categories.
• Position Trellix’s security portfolio competitively by analyzing agency missions and pain points.
• Collaborate with federal channel partners and internal teams to accelerate the sales cycle.
