Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in federal civilian space.
• Proven ability to drive adoption of emerging technologies in government.
• Strong understanding of FAR, security/compliance, and procurement vehicles.
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets in federal civilian space.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue growth within federal civilian agencies, owning the full sales cycle from outreach to deployment
• Navigate federal procurement requirements and compliance standards
• Build relationships with decision-makers across agencies, acting as a trusted AI advisor
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with agency missions
• Coordinate with cloud providers and system integrators to ensure deployment and integration
• Provide market feedback to product teams to meet federal civilian requirements
• Create and maintain federal-specific sales playbooks and processes
• Lead growing Anthropic's federal civilian presence while staying engaged with key accounts
• Collaborate across teams to ensure delivery of commitments and proper documentation
