Job summary

Factory is seeking a Federal Account Executive to drive adoption of its agentic engineering platform across U.S. Federal Civilian agencies.

You will own a named set of agencies and manage end-to-end deals through GSA Schedule, BPAs, and IDIQs, collaborating with CEO, VP of Sales, product, and engineering. You will engage CIOs, CTOs, and contracting officers, map agency missions to the platform, and lead strategic multi-year plans while ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and data

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in U.S. Federal Civilian agencies.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with federal procurement.
• Experience selling through or with systems integrators and resellers.
• Strategic selling with multi-year account plans and executive relationships.
• Strong technical aptitude on infrastructure, SDLC, and large-scale modernization.
• Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, ATO, NIST SP 800-53 and related compliance.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environment and build federal practice.
• Willingness to pass U.S. government background check; security clearance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own named federal agency accounts and lead end-to-end enterprise sales.
• Navigate procurement vehicles and close multi-stakeholder deals.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and contracting officers showcasing Factory's platform.
• Lead consultative selling aligning agency missions to the platform.
• Discuss CI/CD, DevSecOps, and deployment across cloud/on-prem/air-gapped.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, product, engineering, and security.
• Develop federal channel with primes and delivery partners.
• Educate agencies on AI-driven development tools and ROI.
• Align to modernization roadmaps and provide market feedback to product/marketing.
