Job summary

Factory is seeking a Federal Account Executive to drive adoption of its agentic engineering platform across U.S. Federal Civilian agencies.

You will own named agency accounts, run multi-stakeholder deals through government procurement vehicles, and build Factory's federal civilian practice with our CEO, VP of Sales, and product/engineering teams. You will consult with CIOs, CTOs, and contracting officers, mapping agency IT modernization priorities to the platform while managing long-term account

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years selling tech to U.S. Federal Civilian agencies.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and navigating federal procurement (GSA Schedule, BPAs, IDIQs).
• Strategic selling with multi-year account plans and executive relationship management.
• Strong technical acumen in infrastructure, SDLC, cloud/on‑prem, and modern IT deployments.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, ATO, NIST SP 800-53 and related compliance considerations.
• Excellent communication with technical decision-makers and C-level executives.
• Existing relationships within federal civilian agencies or SI ecosystem a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a named set of Federal Civilian agency accounts and lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, including pipeline, evaluations, pilots, and procurement.
• Engage CIOs, CTOs, chief AI officers, engineers, and contracting officers to articulate value of Factory's platform.
• Map agency missions to modernization priorities and develop multi-year account plans aligned with federal buying cycles.
• Lead conversations on CI/CD, DevSecOps, and enterprise IT deployments, guiding integration of Factory's Droids across environments.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, product, engineering, and security teams to tailor solutions and clear FedRAMP/ATO requirements.
• Develop the federal channel with prime SI partners to embed Factory into contracts and solutions.
• Educate agencies on AI-driven development tools, addressing risk, security, and ROI metrics.
• Drive expansions/renewals by aligning to long-term modernization roadmaps and feeding market insights back to product/marketing.
