Filevine, a Legal AI company, seeks a Federal Civilian Account Executive to drive adoption of its AI-native case management platform across federal civilian agencies. You will own the full sales cycle as a quota-carrying individual contributor, leveraging federal expertise and consultative selling to grow revenue while becoming a trusted partner to customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise software sales with a track record of driving adoption of emerging technologies.
• Consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets and quotas.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Excellent relationship-building across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience navigating complex procurement, compliance and civilian contracting vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue growth within federal civilian agencies, owning the full sales cycle from outreach through deployment.
• Navigate federal civilian procurement requirements including FAR compliance and security standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across agencies as a trusted advisor on AI-native case management.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with agency missions and modernization.
• Coordinate with cloud providers and system integrators to ensure successful deployment and integration.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams to meet civilian requirements.
• Create and maintain account strategies and playbooks for federal civilian use cases and procurement processes.
• Accurately forecast quarterly and annual performance and rigorously manage pipeline in Salesforce.
