Job summary

Filevine, a Legal AI company, seeks a Federal Legal Vertical Account Executive to drive adoption of its AI-native case management platform across the federal legal community. You will own the full sales cycle as a quota-carrying individual contributor, leveraging federal expertise and consultative selling to grow revenue while partnering with Sales Engineering, Proposal, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue growth within federal legal and litigation offices owning the full sales cycle from initial outreach through deployment.
• Navigate federal procurement requirements including FAR compliance, security standards, and agency regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across federal offices as a trusted advisor on AI-native case management.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with agency missions and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate with system integrators to ensure successful deployment and integration.
• Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to product teams for federal needs.
• Create and maintain account strategies and playbooks for legal-vertical federal processes.
• Accurately forecast quarterly/annual performance and rigorously manage pipeline in Salesforce.
• Lead Filevine's presence across the federal vertical while staying hands-on with key accounts.
