Job summary

Arrow Electronics, Inc. in McLean, VA is seeking an experienced Channel Manager for HPE Federal to drive partner-led growth and revenue across Federal, Defense, and SLED markets.

You will cultivate executive-level relationships, recruit federal partners, and execute joint business plans to accelerate adoption of HPE solutions. You will leverage Arrow and immixGroup resources to enhance partner capabilities, lead trainings, and coordinate with sales leadership to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of public sector channel sales or partner management experience.
• Experience with federal reseller partners, systems integrators, or OEMs.
• Knowledge of federal procurement processes and contract vehicles.
• Ability to develop partner business plans and revenue growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business leader for HPE Federal channel partners, driving pipeline growth.
• Develop expertise across HPE portfolio including compute, storage, networking, and AI infra.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with partner organizations from C-level to ops teams.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop federal reseller and SI partners aligned to growth objectives.
• Create and execute joint business plans with revenue targets and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and solutions teams to align investments with opportunities.
