Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Change Management Consultant to help federal agencies adopt new processes, technologies, and ways of working. You will build change plans, engage stakeholders, and deliver results that support mission objectives in complex environments.

The role requires 4+ years in change management with federal experience and on-site availability. A strong background in digital platforms and cloud security will be valued as you lead transformation efforts for government

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years' experience in Change Management, Workforce Transformation, Agile Change, Change Analytics or Design Thinking.
Include 2-3 years of change delivery in a federal environment.
Familiarity with digital platforms (Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian) or cloud security tools.
U.S. citizenship required to meet federal client requirements.
Willingness to be on-site 100%.

Responsibilities

Work closely with project teams to integrate change management into broader plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional and federal stakeholders to align change with mission goals.
Conduct readiness assessments and change impact analyses to identify risks.
Develop detailed change plans including communications and training strategies.
Execute activities such as workshops and engagement to drive adoption.
Create tailored communications to support end-users through transition.
Monitor effectiveness and adjust activities to improve outcomes.
Support the development of tools and methodologies for Talent & Organization practice.
