• Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian), cloud providers or cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Support establishment of a robust customer management effort to enhance governance and leadership engagement.
• Develop an overarching customer engagement strategy and contribute to schedule, risks, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Gain working knowledge of application assessment for cloud migration and modernization readiness.
