Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks professionals to strengthen governance and leadership engagement for federal programs and to articulate a comprehensive customer engagement strategy. You will develop outreach materials and help define delivery schedules, risks, and quality standards.

This role requires familiarity with digital platforms and cloud/security domains, and involves contributing to cloud migration readiness efforts to expand cloud adoption in client environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in Change Management, Workforce Transformation, Agile Change, Change Analytics or Design Thinking.
• Include 2-3 years of experience delivering change in a federal environment.
• Familiarity with a digital technology platform (Salesforce, Pega, ServiceNow, Appian, etc.), a Cloud Service Provider (Amazon, Microsoft, Google), or Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

• Support the establishment of a robust customer management effort to enhance governance and leadership engagement.
• Develop an overarching customer engagement strategy and materials for client outreach, and contribute to delivery requirements.
• Gain a working knowledge of application assessment for cloud migration and modernization readiness to grow cloud adoption.
