Job summary

Intermap is seeking a Capture Manager in Englewood, CO to lead the capture lifecycle for federal opportunities. The role focuses on opportunity capture, proposal development, and program execution to win government contracts.

Candidate will drive compliant, compelling proposals, coach teams through bid cycles, and build relationships with government agencies to grow Intermap’s presence in the federal market.

Qualifications

• Five (5)+ years Federal Government business development and/or Capture Management experience associated with identification, qualification, full capture and bid activities.
• Strong working knowledge of US Federal Procurements and government acquisitions.
• Proven track record in winning contracts across federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop a capture plan for acquisition targets.
• Develop and grow presence within Federal government space.
• Improve probability of win for opportunities selected for capture and bid.
• Build and maintain relationships with new agencies and existing customers.
• Interpret federal solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and tailor solutions.
• Oversee proposal development in response to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and guide team through the process.
• Organize, track, and communicate proposal requirements to the team.
