Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Business/Marketing/Government/Technology).
• 10+ years in Federal business development, capture, sales, or growth leadership.
• Demonstrated success identifying and growing federal opportunities.
• Familiarity with federal procurement processes and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth across the U.S. Federal market.
• Identify, qualify, and shape new opportunities aligned with IDEMIA's strategy and portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with Federal agencies, partners, and systems integrators.
• Establish partnerships and alliances to expand market reach and improve positioning.
• Monitor forecasts, budgets, and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
• Lead early opportunity engagement, including outreach, market research, and qualification.
• Collaborate with Capture, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, and Proposal Operations to develop growth strategies.
• Represent IDEMIA at industry conferences, meetings, and networking events.
• Maintain pipeline forecasts and market intelligence for leadership review.
