Qualifications

• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in federal architecture, engineering, and construction business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead CDM Smith’s strategy and partnerships with regional General Contractors pursuing federal delivery contracts.
• Identify priority pursuits and build executive-level relationships that lead to teaming commitments.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies with CSLs and pursuit teams to improve probability of award.
• Manage the General Contractor relationship pipeline from target identification through teaming agreements.
• Serve as the senior relationship and capture lead through teaming agreement execution and transition.
