• Cultivate executive relationships with regional and national General Contractors.
• Position CDM Smith as the preferred designer-led partner early in procurement cycles.
• Develop and execute teaming strategies and scopes of work with prime contractors.
• Collaborate with CSLs and pursuit teams to improve probability of award.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline of federal opportunities and teaming commitments.
