CDM Smith is seeking a seasoned Federal Markets lead to advance alternative delivery contracts with national and regional General Contractors on programs like PD‑B, DB2B, and large DB for the U.S. Government.

You will shape teaming strategies, identify priority pursuits, and build executive-level relationships to drive awards. You will collaborate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to convert opportunities into binding engagements and sustained pipelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 15 years related experience.
• Travel 20–40% may be required.
• Equivalent related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Lead federal alternative delivery pursuits for DoW and other agencies.
• Develop executive relationships and translate opportunities into teaming agreements.
• Align pursuit resources with prime contractor interest and award probability.
• Coordinate with CSLs, preconstruction, legal, and sales teams to execute teaming strategies.
